Today we are going to talk about foundation, its a skin coloured cosmetic applied to the face to create an even, uniform colour to the complexion, to cover flaws. A lot of people don't like to use it but it has sooo many benefits like, protects face from pollution, minimizes pores, helps cover fine lines, gives you a flawles look, and much other things.
How find your right color?
-First you need to know what type of skin you have (normal, oily, dry, combination)
-Go to a store department ware they sale cosmetics and ask the technician to help you find your color and make sure to tell them whats your type of skin or if you want to do it on your own you can go to a drugstore and choose one that you think its close to your skin undertone, test the color on the
inside of your wrist to see if it match, and be sure to check the formula and the istructions to see if it matches your skin color.
But to be honest i really recommend you go to a beauty technician to get your exact color.
What to use to apply it?
-You can apply it with your fingers
-Stippling brush
-Pointed foundation brush
-Flat brush
-Beauty blender
- Standard foundation brush
- Damp sponge
What ever works for you, i personally use the beauty blender and a standard foundation brush and its works perfectly for me.
How to apply foudation:
There are various techniques for applying.
-You can put 1 pump or 2 on the back of your hand or you can dot it directly on to your face.
-Then with the tool you choose, distribute the foundation all over your face and neck and buff it out in circles so theres no harsh lines
-To finish it apply powder to set it.
