DIY Home Spa Treatment

Hello My Lovey Doveys!!

I'm sooooo sooorry that i having been posting this week I've been busy remodeling my home, working on new ideas and projects for the blog, also being a braidesmaid for the wedding of my best friend and its been crazy but..... next Monday i promise to be back with more DIY, i have some make up post and much more.

So yesterday had a pretty long day and this morning I felt so tired that I could not get out of bed  and decide that I was going to pamper my body a little bit and i made a  DIY Home Spa Treatment, so am going to show you what a do after a loooooong day, really easy and relaxing... so here we go!!

DIY Home Spa Treatment

  • Hot Bath: A nice hot bath relaxes muscles, clears the mind, stimulates circulation and detoxify, lie down for 30 min and definitely light some candles.

  • Moisturize: I personally prefer a lavender-scented cream that helps to sleep and relax.

  • Puffy eyes: Take a metal spoon and put it in the freezer for 15min and the put it on your eyes, this helps you eliminate pufy eyes.

  • Feet: If after that long bath you still feel that your feet hurt, heat up some water and put about 2 cups a Apple Cider Vinegar and soak your feet for about 30min, a plus to this is that vinegar is also good to treat dry and cracked heels.

  • Nails: As your feet are in the water, you can take a cotton and put a little bit a Olive Oil and rub it on your cuticles to soften,do your regular manicure and then apply your base coat!

  • Help Sleep: And for the final touch i put a little bit of Basil under the pillowcase and the smell helps me calm and clears my mind.

After that help yourself to a  glass of wine, watch your favorite show and you or done! There you have it my 6 easy steps to reach relaxation. Try it and let me know if it works for you, have fun and remember......
